Lots of stainless steel valves factories are under environment treatment

We are very sorry to inform you that, due to the recent national policies, the production of our materials will need more time than expected. On that account, we may have to put off the delivery date. We will provide further explanation as follows.

Lots of casting factories are under strict inspection from our goverment. Casting is an important process for our products. Our sanitary diaphragm valves, sanitary ball valves, sanitary flow diversion valve, shutoff valve, sanitary CPM valves are made casting. Due to the intermittent close in casting factories, it takes long time for getting casting materials.

Lots of pickling and annealing factories are under strict inspection from our goverment. Pickling and annealing is an important process for the tubing materials. The government inspect the factories once every month. The factories need to find out a optimized solution for the water pollution control policy. Thus the sanitary elbow, sanitary tee, sanitary reducer, sanitary pipe fittings are heavily postponed due to the short supply of piping materials.

The environment treatment policies has started in 2016. And it will be lasting for months’ time. It may cause higher cost for production cost. And is cause long delivery time. Yet we will always provide the quality of our products is fully guaranted.
